Direct Management and UTF Register

This service gathers two accounting tools which are complementary to each other: “Direct Management” and “UTIF Register”.

DIRECT MANAGEMENT
It allows to rectify the accounting flows and to check a series of reports

• Collection sorted by Self Service and Open System
• Oil and non-oil sales
• Cash Flow Management
• Initial / Final Cash Management
• Export of all Excel Data

At the end of the operations the manager may validate the collection.
The “Direct Management” tool may also be used to make calculations before accounting notes.

UTF REGISTER
It allows filling out the UTF register automatically from a computer and printing out the validated official documents. Other than making the register fill out procedure easier, this tool automates data population:

• Automatically populated totalizers
• Automatically populated loads
• Automatically populated empty discharges
• “Direct Management” and “UTF Register”
